LIABILITY

The mountain guide cannot guarantee a total safety in front of dangers of the mountain. The participant accepts the residual risk which remains in mountain in spite of a professional and careful accompaniment.
Adrenaline declines all liability in case of an accident during guided activities. Please ensure that you are covered for the risk of accident and repatriation.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

For all definitive reservation your credit card number or a deposit of 50% is required as a guarantee, full payment directly to the guide.

REFUNDING

Guided days are not subjected to payment in the event of closure of the entire lift system.

There is no trip cancellation insurance included in our products.

CANCELLATION

Ski guided days or heliski which are cancelled less that 14 days in advance are liable to full payment. Deposits are not refunded.

If any heliski must be cancelled from the guide because of bad weather or snow conditions it will be removed to a later date or cancelled, in case of a cancellation you receive a full refund.

In case of litigation the appropriate court will be the tribunal of Entremont, Valais, Switzerland.
